BOSTON---During a recent ethnic media sitdown at the State House in Boston, Governor Charlie Baker called on meaningful immigration reform to help weed our massive driver license fraud in the state that can cause security problems by bad elements in immigrant communities.

He said that such reform can help Massachusetts solve many problems faced by the State when enforcing the law one side, and law abiding members of immigrant communities who are working hard to contribute to the well being of the commonwealth on the other.

He urged members of the immigrant communities to implore mayors and other leaders in their vicinities to press the Federal Government to enact the much overdue reforms.

The Governor also said that the State will make business procurement procedures easier to follow so that minorities and people of color can participate more in the massive business opportunities offered by the Bay State government.

The Governor pledged to work with all minorities and communities of color throughout the state to improve on all issues that they care about for their current and future generations including access to quality education, health, business opportunities and more.

The sitdown was held at the governor's office on Thursday, March 26.
