BOSTON__Nile Cargo Carrier
is a Boston based shipping company specializing in the movement of household goods and commercial products from USA to Kenya and other African countries.

We ship small ocean cargo from 1 box or 1 suitcase to 20 boxes or more. That's what we call less than Container Load or LCL.

We ship an ocean container from our warehouse in, North Chelmsford, Massachusetts (suburbs of Boston) to Kenya every month.

Ocean shipping transit time is about 2 and half months.

We also offer Air Freight service from the U.S. to Nairobi Airport. Air cargo transit time is about 7 to 10 days on Cargo Airline as long as space is available to that destination. We also have small Air shipments from 5 pounds and more.

Since September 11, 2011, we can NOT ship personal effects on passenger Airlines. All personal effects has to be shipped on cargo Airline. For that reason, air cargo sometime takes longer due to the space.

Wilson Kaddu, founder and CEO of Nile Cargo Carrier, Inc had many years of shipping business experience while working with shipping companies in Boston before plunging into the business on his own.

Nile Cargo was started in 2004 in Waltham, Massachusetts and now we have over 75 drop off points across USA where you can easily drop off your cargo. From there, we can move it to your destination. The drop-off points (Agents) outside Massachusetts accept only items packed in boxes, suitcases, cargo packed on pallets not furniture, mattresses or big appliances.

Some of Customers out of the state buy stuff online and instruct their sellers to ship it direct to Boston warehouse.

Our receiving agents both in Nairobi and Mombasa can arrange to deliver your cargo to the different major towns in Kenya.

People love sending stuff to their loved ones back home. Although some of the items they send may look old and useless in U.S. standards, they turn out to be very good to our people in Africa.

Because the things Kenyans in USA send to their relatives in Kenya tend to be used household goods and not for sale, they feel that Kenyan Government shouldn't charge taxes. However, all cargo shipped by Air or Ocean freight has to clear Customs.

We include the Customs Taxes & Clearing fees in the shipping rates on used personal effects like clothes, shoes, beddings kitchenware such as pots, pans and plates.

We take charge and full responsibility of your cargo until it arrives in Kenya. We value our customers very much and we tell them the truth, not what they want to hear, but in the end, they appreciate and value our quality service in return. That is how we have survived in this business for so long

Other than shipping to Kenya, Nile Cargo serves customers shipping to Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Sudan, Malawi as well as many other African countries. We are offering the best rates for the hassle-free service we extend to customers shipping to Africa.

The company is located on 70 Princeton St, Suite 4, North Chelmsford, MA 01863

Anyone with a question about shipping can contact us any time for free consultation.
